What does it mean to be financially included? Is financial inclusion possible for people outside of their home countries? This paper investigates inclusion through remittance platforms; the financial platform that is used by many immigrants.

As an outcome of this research paper, we have also designed a game based on the popular children’s game, Nhodo. Through this game, players will step into the shoes of various characters in different situations and play through their financial decisions. We want to teach financial literacy as well as to bring empathy to some financial situations that affect different people.
